L&T has taken over Fidelity Funds.
The fund management team of fidelity will be there only until the transition...new fund management team to take over post that, so I expect uncertainity of the funds' performance and continuation of the exisitng fund management style.
Prudent investement principles lie in the fact that, when there is more uncertainity, one needs to be more cautious....call on whether to continue is an individual's prerogative - but, definitely the Equity Fund Management team of Fidelity has not been bought by L & T.
L&T will retain debt fund managers only. equity fund managers will be changed. now that it is a cause for concern.
